  The tacterians arrive with the Dreii Refuge. Teach them there intersteller technologies, And give the inner ring of stars to them. Using the outer ring as a "shield" The tacterians put much military there, That would defeat any incoming vessels

  And the problem with making it bigger is that, I suck at large scale detailing, Small scale like this is, I can handle it MUCH better.

  New_Powder: Alright. My explanation for 5 supermassive black holes is that there was 4 orbiting galexies, that, Veeeerryy... sloooooowly (like, insanely slowly) got riped apart into the ring part, They now fling stars from the ring into the central ring, wich formed that ring.

  You might want to make it a bit bigger if you plan to add links to other saves. Also, I don't think galaxies form with 5 black holes like that (Assuming you mean supermassive black holes)

  If you want star systems and space fleets to be in a galexy, put them here... Or the GRB galexy back at the galexy group
