This is so beautifully simple! Perforating the heat exchanger seems to remidy the overpressure problem in the burner.

Hahahaha thanks for all the comments. I actually just made this for fun and thought I should back it up so published it. It is definetely not terribly well designed and was more of something i could leave running while I did homework :D I agree my coal furnace breaks down from its own pressure :/

All the BCOL pipes break into BMTL, which blocks the BCOL from burning.
