We are back, refurbished and with new ideas. Read all of our old discussion on the forum under a topic called Evolution in a video game! Anyways the main plan is to create small bots that eat to survive, reproduce, and then change (genes). Check list.

What do you mean by making it eat to survive? What could it possibly gain from deleting pixels of PLNT?

I think our best bet is to have a wifi-powered multi-cell creature, and have it make more cells (thicker skin) rather than make new creatures. It would be many times easier.

After some fruitless engineering, I figured that synapses between cells just wouldn't work. The wires alone take up most of the cell, and communication is so slow that even simple functions (such as "go to plnt") are nearly impossible.

Any ideas are very welcome. We last were discusing how a multicelld bot would work. My idea but I can make it work is to put a tiny as possible mover in the corner of a bot leaving 3/4 open to make circuits and such. Also have synapses between every cell and co-ordinate them. Then have some designated for each thing.
