    Because not my entire population is fighting. My militia groups and the trained citizens make up around 15k people, and the rest are still working.

    Avi, Ultra said a while back that he withdrew all the troops attacking KaiHan to attack me, so how is he invading me there? I send Cody a peace treaty, since KaiHan no longer controls that land and Cody and I have been on okay terms in the past.

    Okay, apparently you can mine it, find it in caves, and the French mixed manure, grass and some other stuff and extracted it from the compost.

    A lot of factories, I guess? I could probably get plenty of sulfur from that volcano, charcoal is really easy to get, and I have no idea where saltpeter even comes from.

    But barrels of gunpowder can break stone pretty well. In any case, the firebombs probably burned down a good portion of his capital.
