    I start a large mining operation there and claim all the land where the coal is. One of my eccentric scientests tries to make a version of my gunpowder rockets using liquid oxygen and liquid hydrogen. Families with more than 3 kids get a 20% tax reduction, and those with over 6 get 5 Muns a week. I also send some people to some tar pits, and try boiling a more liquidy variant of tar and capturing the gasses.
