Ultra, I will return them to you under the following conditions: 1. You return all POWs captured to their countries. 2. You do not attack anyone unless they attack you first, otherwise, there will be intervention by my allies and I. 3. You declare peace with all countries. 4. We open trade routes with eachother and work towards an alliance.

According to wikipedia, gunpowder can be shock-ignited, but my "missles" have flint caps over the gunpowder that will spark on impact and give it a greater chance of exploding. The shock should do it, though.

I ask the captured politicians, who are being treated as guests in a nice hotel, if they would rather go back to the tyrannical government of Ultra, where there's wars every other day, or stay here, in my democratic country where we value honor, freedom and peace.
