    Okay, so I begin building coral houses deep underwater (can we claim parts of oceans, or just land?) and eat fish and stuff which have lots of nutrients.

    Every bone in their bodies break because they're not made for that kind of force. Actually, yeah. sure. They have strong upper body muscles. but their bones are still light weight and weak.

    I order my people to train their muscles with rocks of increasing weight atleast once a day, for thirty minutes.

    because of your weak muscles it has become hard for you to hunt with your primative knapped tools. Thus you are forced to eat almost nothing but fruit.

    Meh. Sure. Good enough. Thanks to hundreds of years in the moutains your people begin to develope large bat like wing. Your bones and muscles also begin to become smaller and weaker, making you easy prey, if not for your wings.
