It will take 3 days to research Galleon sized ships, unless Nlatham gives them to you. Also, Ajkf, you could ask the Nightwatcher for help. You just have to find her.

WIth your militia fighting, there's only a 4k difference in troops. Normally, this would drag the invasion on for several days, but militia troops are only 1/2 as good as normal ones and Avi has better tech.
