I research slingshots and create a new elite wing of my army armed with slingshots and elite weapons. They will be like special forces.

I make a colony to draw water for me at X:192 Y:153. (The lake south of me.) I then build a road connecting the colony to my main country.

The drought problem in your country gets slightly better, but the real help comes from the basin Thomas, Lath and Jared occupy. *Hints to everyone that they should invade them with a coalition*

Those rivers are already controlled by people and bringing water from all the way there back to your islands would be ridiculusly expensive.

I send people to collect water from the rivers in Eastern Roshar and sell it to those who need the fresh water on the surrounding islands.
