I have 3 ships surround the island, just outside of his fort's cannon range, and destroy any new ships he makes as they are being built. -

Kevino and the navy attack ScienceBoy and completely destroy his already damaged ships. They then capture some land on the island. -

I build a new ship. Also, Kevino36, FatBoy2 decides whether you win or not using a randomizer. So you cannot destroy all of my ships without asking the randomizer who won. -
