:( I get in an EVA suit and go down to the bottom floor, and enhance my nerf sword with chunks of BREL, to create a devastating weapon, I then go upstairs and murder everyone.

You can't get to it because the airlock isn't working, and the methane generator only has a tiny bit of methane because you used it all during the sandstorm.

The fire eventually goes out, but the first floor of the Hab is filled with CO2 and you have no electricity, so the atmospheric regulator cannot pull it out of the air.

I then begin tinkering with the ISRU and methane generator to try and make them more efficient, so that we can use them for power.

I close the hatch and cut off all oxygen from that part of the hab, and begin pumping any gas other than oxygen into it.
