I put on a space suit, and grab some rope, a ladder, some wooden boards, a shovel, and a pickaxe. I go outside to the far right side of the dome, and begin digging. When I reach the desired depth, I dig sideways forming an underground room. I then use the wooden boards to support the walls. I then use the ladder to get out. Once I am out of the hole, I camouflage the hole. I then go back inside to devise a way to get a constant oxygen supply to my secret underground room.

Your docking port better be able to dock a balloon since lath already said he built a balloon dock up there.

I build a quad copter that can carry two people. I add a docking port for it to my ball. I Use it for transportation to and from my house...

If everyone builds personal balloons we will run out of room. Gelix, you already have a big balloon. And, my small balloon has a purpose, your balloon doesn't. I ask you not to build another balloon.
