I build a drone and dock it to my ball.

I decide to only convert half of the abandoned building into weapons storage. The remainder of the building I convert into a hospital. I then begin building a small balloon to help me pick up patients. After that I build a balloon dock to allow me to transfer patients strait into the hospital.
