O.K then, I stop the fuse and drain all the air from the airlock, suffocating the troops. Once they die I go and take their guns and weapons.

You could just suffocate them and take their guns.

I change my mind and pump the air back in. I then run a small fuse into the airlock and light it. The oxygen in the airlock should explode killing the troops. The re-enforced door will stop the explosion from damaging anything inside the main habitat.

Well, 4 of them. They get stuck in the airlock because Lath blocked it up.
