    Under the print area is the DRAY X-Coordinator. Under that is the Particle Cartridge. Some of those particle have there PROPerties set so they are "programmed" to behave a certain way. DRAY copies those particles to the print head and then they are DRAY copied again into the print area. there are many particles of BRCK and unprogrammed CRAY, PSTN, DRAY, and other that can be customized. see the "Particle Code" link.

    @Sandwichlizard can the solids get copied?, i suggest you to make the Solid Copying Version.
