I'd like to remove the requirement of infrastructure and the weapons score. Either have dedicated city saves or just planets, as they both really serve the same purpose. -

also, I agree about removing the Weapon Score. I really need to figure out how to insulate my ships, but stop the INSL from interfering with ARAY weapons -
