    BTW, I'm changing the backstory of the UW a bit. There are now 86 sentient species in the Milky Way (I know this seems a bit low, but hundreds of species either went extinct or moved their entire populations to other galaxies in the Great Exodus). The UW is made up of 162 planets, and 8 colonization and terraforming projects of other worlds are currently ongoing.
