    I could just send a bunch of trucks filled with... the substance we discussed, and sell it to the military for a price they couldn't refuse.

    I allow Kevino to transport his troops past my country. I help the war effort by exploding a massive hole in his great German wall, then sending troops into to take his mines. I also export oil for the war effort in exchange for metals. I import specificly uranium for research.
