I did not attack them. I merely sent people to mine iron in a leaderless country. If you wish, I will make a deal with the Germans considering their iron.

@Were germany is the grey country, you do not want to attack them. They have the largest / second largest military.

Fine. I make a military base. Also, I send some people to invade parts of Germany(I think that's the big vacant country with a lot of iron that's touching Denmark and Sweden), then send the iron back to Iceland. I mine it myself, I don't enslave or conscript the locals.
