I lower tariffs in my nation, increasing trade so that I get more of the materials I don't have in excess. Were, if I'm ever in trouble or need some resources, could you help?

I start training troops as well. They are, as I said, a defense force. I have no plans of invasion until my country is well defended. Even when that is done, I will not invade unless someone gives me a good reason to, like attacking me.
