Mexico still prevails since you are soooo weak. More nukes go off in Dan. new capitol city, and this time, Mexico owns up to it. However, they still adamently deny having anything to do with the first round of nukes. Also, after being nuked twice, yr morale is so low, and you are probably one of the weakest.

I hide the general population while mobilizing a ground invasion of mexico on the heels of a massive nuclear couterattack. I annex Mississippi and Alabama per my agreement with the Florida gov. and build more bases and training camps. All Remaining government figures are put in COlorado for protection. The Republic of Texas is the sole superpower left standing in this massive attack

I have what's left of my military give out gasmasks, and tell the people of my country to get into the closest bunker. If no bunker is avaliable they will have to cover their windows, or other areas where outside air can get in, then hide in their basements, or another underground area.

i gett as many people as i can into my well stocked, well protected bunkers so we can stay there until the radiation subsides
