    @Ana you can loot a tech vault once a turn and you will get a random technology from it. A tech vault can be looted 4 times until it's empty.

    @Ana you were able to take all of the tech vaults except the ones inside of their walls.

    OKAY, i will do the explorer thing, and i send to of my officers with the explorer to claim any tech vaults he finds

    @Everyone For the low low price of 1.5 income for the next week, you too could bid on this cool explorer person who wants to explore all of Caeyr, this will also raise morale by 2 points and give you 1 point of STABILITY. Any Tech vaults found will not be claimed unless you send troops.

    I start a revision program to research and fix what went wrong with my nukes, and to see if the plans SB gave me match with the known nuclear physics from my reactor tech.

    Changelog: Fixed the code for tanks so that they increase land score properly, and so that I don't need to give everyone 1 tank so that it works correctly.
