I'm going to reframe from doing any troop related stuff today since Avi is redoing the sheet. I'm not going to do any reforms Avi, don't worry. I called a truce since it was destroying my economy (I have no idea how, war usually makes the capitalist gears move. And yes, my country is semi-capitalist).
