I dump all of my nuclear waste in the ocean around Long's continent. It shouldn't get tossed around by currents, as it should sink to the seafloor. I then have a team of bodyguards armed with chainsaws protect my government officials from environmental groups.

Kevino, you're not using oil because you have no oil. And you will pretty much have to rebuild your fleet to safely adapt them to nuclear.
