    @Everyone A messenger reporting to be from The Luddite Empire wearing a primitive gas mask (To prevent the inhalation of toxic modern ideas) brings a letter written by the Emperor of Luddites, Kangorg Chungus III, announcing an official declaration of war on any one who isn't a Luddite. They also deny the occusations that they used EVIL pre-war technology in the form of missiles.
