Fusion drives are still used for smaller scale applications, but the antimatter drive is far more efficient and powerful.

    Lol in the 50 years that passed, the Regina has made its way to the formerly safe haven of the Republic in the Sol system. Republic comms begin picking up a message broadcasted onto public channels, simply stating that surrender is not an option, and that no Republic forces will be spared.
