boomtish214 10th Jun 2016fab, these areas, except in alaska and brazil, are earthquake-damaged areas, remember? you need to send aid to these cities... and even then, i'll keep it in until at least the second next update. once aid is delivered, you can demolish the city, and rebuild... which will also only be in effect 2 updates after the FIRST TWO updates...
