boomtish214 9th Jun 2016well... you will need alot of super-heavy duty magnets... which will take a year in game-time, a fusion reactor... which will take a while unless you get some tech from spud, and also you will need at least 8 quirk generation system's... which will require some research... the only way you can do this is to basically build a giang formation of CERN collider's in space... geez. also... thta'll take 10 game yrs total.
