    ALSO REMEMBER THE WORLDS NUCLEAR ARSENALS HAVE BEEN REDUCED SIGNIFICANTLY , OR AT LEAST EVER SINCE THE COLD WAR ENDED. SO EACH "WORLD SUPERPOWER" HAS ONLY, AT THE MOST, 100 H-BOMBS AND 200 ATOM BOMBS.
