and inside the barrel in the end of the barrel it will have the Core wich is being Coole by the Units,

jeez, if another Meteor is gonna hit the earth, im going to Research My Giant Rail gun it will have A Long Barrel and it will have Cooling units and some structures and the control room and also at the back it will have Rails Used to load the Anti-Meteor missile "Stauros" when the Railgun Will fire an Electromagnectic Pulse like Muzzle Flash will come out of the barrel.
