I'm not invading, just annexing everything in sight... Also I colonized Mars several IRL weeks ago, so I should get dibs on its land. I was the one who gave half of it to the Novus Republic, so I'm pretty sure that gives me ownership of the rest.

also... i'm pretty sure that the novus republic does and still does want to keep some martian teritory... in addition, i woll not allow for anyone, except for the novus republic's agreed portion, to reserve teritory on mars, no arguements.
