How about you guys all let me annex you, and we decide things in the UFS through popular vote, and then vote on a President to conduct immediate action (defending against a war, for example) when not everyone is present?

I'm already trading with everyone on Earth. Why should we split up that land when I went to the trouble of invading it, and am already the de facto world government anyway?
