In my opinion (dangerous word), outside pressure should be negative and inside should be 0. IF 0 pressure is no pressure in reality, what is negative pressure? I think its fine as it is, but the sign on top should say depressurize as you are taking away pressure (removing the atmosphere).

Yes the pressure outside the plane is lower then the pressure inside the plane.. But the outside pressure should be 0 and inside be 50/100 or something.
