    Panda, and long, i propose we start an emergency fund between the 3 of us for building armies or DV in case of terrorism or war, i think it would work like we give 5omega a turn and it is stored up, so in say 10 turns we have a ton of money to defend against attack

    @Quinby I expand around the lake and make a new province and spend everything but 40 elit on food upgrades and I spend all the omega on DV upgrades and as always cheapest to most costing you know

    During WWI fighter pilots would fly infront of enemy pilot, then drop bricks out of their aircraft in hopes of destroying the other pilots engine. I think that my way is a little better than that (which worked). And if that doesn't work they can still pull in enemy ships (maybe tie heavy objects to them so that the enemy sinks).
