I messed up when making code for centers of trade, so everyone with one gets an amount of omega that's vaguely close to what they lost

I expand into the entire peninsula where it reaches its bottleneck, I now start the construction of the Great Iconica Wall that will block all anything coming from that direction and only 1 gate is available and it is 5 meters high.
