    ok, there are 2 binary inputs. Each input has a "weight", which are also in binary. You multiply the inputs by their weights. Each perceptron has a threshold. You sum the multiplied inputs together and if it is greater than the threshold, the perceptron fires (outputs 1)

    scaled it down a lot, using my own transisotrs, check the "mini transistor" sign...
