ok, there are 2 binary inputs. Each input has a "weight", which are also in binary. You multiply the inputs by their weights. Each perceptron has a threshold. You sum the multiplied inputs together and if it is greater than the threshold, the perceptron fires (outputs 1)

the info is in the signs. or you could search it up on DA INTERNET!

please, put into has-no-idea-about-advanced-logic-gates language...
-
thats the problem, i have no idea what is happening there, so i can't exactly scale it down...
-
but scaled down of course
-
it needs to work like in id:2010283
-
does it work like a perceptron, or just a logic gate? i think it looks like a regular OR gate
-
scaled it down a lot, using my own transisotrs, check the "mini transistor" sign...
