    Technically, my bomb didn't contain SING when I placed it down, and it contains no CLNE, BCLN, PCLN, or PBCN that could create SING... Do I win?

    The DCEL+EQVE layer is unbeatable, they are indestructible and all elements like bomb/dest/cray that could beat them are banned.
