Place: Northwestern tip of france Population: About 7.000, 16.000 in cryopods due to missing food sources (greenhouses). 20% of energy from solar panels, production of these has started. 80% of energy from looted plutonium, the reactors built into deep tunnels. An experimental deuterium reactor from the pre-war period is being repaired.

Cannot promise to be here every day, but i would like to participate as the state of Armor, surviving french people in bunker-houses that go up to 40 stories into the ground. Situated at the tip of the former French Empire, these bretons have a relatively modern but small society that relies on solar and nuclear energy to live, scavenging the rest of french mainland for plutonium and deuterium reserves.
