    Meh. There are more CPU-intensive elements than FILT. And even if you do decide to use FILT, its tmp doesn't really matter as one branch of the switch that decides what FILT does is executed even if tmp is 0.

    very stable 20 in fire, unstable 7-9 ish in fancy, and weirdly an extremely unstable 10-20 in nothing. then again i am using a craptop from 2010

    38 fps fire, 52 nothing, 29 fancy, and this is with a computer 7 years old.
