This is a demo of SIMD16S, a 16-bit, 16-core, 60Hz SIMD (parallel processing) unit. It runs Conway's Game of Life comfortably at a reasonably fast pace. Hooray for subframe!

    Someone perhaps add the tag "computer" as this save arguably deserves to be seen alongside what may be TPT's achievements?

    @QuanTech Well, jumps, for one. @MEOWS I would love to, but you just can't fit so many pixels and memory into TPT. Even for a simplified version, LBPHacker's computer lacks certain important features needed to interface with SIMD16S. @ScienceDragonfly The 29-bit limits are limitations in TPT, not engineering ingenuity. You /could/ use 2-FILT words, but that'd be wasteful. @Tron205 Uhm, I see two.

    @QuanTech I shall sorrow thee with my glorious 130 fps on large screen with gravity, heat and air simulation turned off. >:} It does look pretty.

    gosh darn, my crappy fps does not let me fully enjoy this "gaming inside a game" experience. 25 fps :(
