Preset: The temperature sets the TMP, and it goes by hundreds. If you set the wifi to 700 Kelvin (about 450 degrees celcius) it will set the TMP to 7. Likewise with 800 Kelvin to TMP 8, 900 Kelvin to TMP 9, etc.

To set TMP on wifi, you don't need any console commands (unless you want to do it quickly), you need to heat it up or heat it down. Think of every wifi channel as 100 degrees Celsius each. There are 100 wifi channels. Have fun!
