Here's "The Sausage" device setup, used for the first hydrogen bomb, codenamed "Mike" and detonated during the Operation Ivy test series. As a result of this monumental blast, the elements Einsteinium and Fermium were discovered.

Idk man, sounds like you have a hardware problem. I don't experience any real lag with this, it drops to ~16fps for a second or two before bouncing back...
