@JanKaszanka: Diplomatic points is basicly power of your goverment. You will need to change some laws and rules. Bigger cities generate more DP. Yes, you can pillage his territory for free points.

@dRR How to get DP? Can i Just Take all its points and leave it like it was?

@JanKaszanka: Yes, but you don't have DP for expansion.

I can upgrade my units? For example, if I have 5 militias, and research footmen, I can upgrade my militias to footmens?
