    Controlled explosions of vibranium to evaporate excess exotic matter is a way of manufacturing it on a safe moderate scale- some federation sanctioned moons are used as explosions sites. Along with naturally ocurring ttan deposites on moons, vibranium can be easily recovered for repourpose.

    Langton, the only use we discovered is as a weapon, But is hard to produce exotic matter, last time we tried it burned a deep hole in our lab. Have you an idea how to control it?
