    Because there are so many ships from different species around here, there was a building-boost caused by the engineering knowlege of all together. Storage-Room complete, quarters complete but they still needs an interior design.

    It creates tear in structure of space. portals can form only on spacestone or surface covered by stardust, but in outerspace its not any problem, becouse stardust is everywhere. it do launch an pure energy ball to moon-kind object nearby and with CC speed to other far away moon-kind object, then tears covers. that makes that they are in one place together and in two other places at one moment.
