Cherenkov pulses by ALark
First, a GLOW MOPA laser is used to generate pulses of light. Then, PHOT are converted to NEUT, moderated in ICE, put through a GLAS block (creating Cherenkov PHOT radiation), and the NEUT dumped into MERC.
