    Not exactly how a turbo works. Exhaust gases turn a turbine which has a shaft which then turns an impellor to draw in the air and force it into the intake.

    Turbo is easy. Just get some O2 and pressure it with the exhaust gasses, and there's your PT realistic turbo.

    So is an internal combustion engine, PUMP and FAN will simulate the movement of the motors.
