    becouse if you catch missingno your game will be gliched forever....so you've created a time paradox until you prevent it be not going to do this

    missingno is the glitched pokemon only seen in pokemon red,blue and green... before talking to the old man (the one that teaches you how to catch pokemon) this can be done with gameshark or hacking. Use a pokemon that has fly, then go to the island that has the mansion and use a pokemon that has swim and swim 1 space away from the island and the pokemon that appears is.....MISSINGNO!!!!
