    KLITRI i kinda does change the rules because he can bann people how come i cant EXACTLY so the rules bend to him just like all leaders and democrasy's also he can bassically do anything PLAYER accisated sure he cant change votes but he can probably erase your save from public exsisntance

    Saves aren't "put" on the second page. Any saves outside the front page are sorted according to votes.

    nowhere in the rules does it say that. Pixel art is removed off the front page for that reason, but it isn't against the rules to make. Also, cracker64 is a moderator.

    this is not an interactive save. it is pixelart and violates the rules for publishing saves.

    he actually isn't the developer of tpt, Simon is. He does help develop a little though, or at least did. He doesn't do much anymore, but made many of the elements in it.
