    no CGI is allowed at all. crackers public creations are all hand drawn.

    @thecowdiva, @TRAXXAS... Erm... no the rules say "image uploading", not drawing. Image uploading is were you program a script so that the elements will create a picture. But this is just drawing free hand, so this doesn't count.
